The bubbles and the background and the clothes make it seem like a passive drowning picture. I have found drunkenness and insomnia to be similar in feeling.

Heh. Too much alcohol makes me tired, but it makes it hard to fall asleep. On the bright side I am never surprised by hangovers. (On the dark side, I don't sleep through them.)
